Construction of the machine

1. The machine is mainly composed of guiding seat, traction structure, horizontal straightening structure, straightening structure, hydraulic shearing part, drop structure and console.

2. After entering through the guide roller opening, the bars are first introduced by the traction wheel into the horizontal straightening structure, then through the traction wheel into the straightening structure, and after secondary straightening, they are finally introduced by the traction wheel into the hydraulic shearing section and into the drop frame.

Installation of the machine

1. Correct installation directly affects the performance and life of the machine and direct use without installation is strictly prohibited.

2.The centre of the drop frame should be aligned with the centre of the guide port, traction seat, circular knife and moving knife; the drop frame should be firmly installed.

3. The payoff reel stand should be installed at a distance of 5 ~ 8 m from the mainframe and raised to a height corresponding to the guide opening.
