This equipment is widely used for bolts, nuts manufacturing, shelves, chains, bearings and other hardware industries. It is ideal for drawing large plates, large diameter medium and low carbon steel wires and non-ferrous metals.

The system mechanism of this equipment consists of three major parts: wire feeding, cutting and wire drawing machine. Its structure is reasonable and compact, the host adopts a three-ring reducer with strong load-bearing capacity, long service life, and easy to install and disassemble for maintenance. The hydraulic components are manufactured by famous foreign manufacturers, with stable and reliable quality. The electrical system is controlled by a programmable controller and equipped with an automatic stopping chain system to ensure safe production.

System operation and procedures :
The treated wire is then placed on the wire feed rollers of the wire feed frame, passed through the active pressure wheel on the wire splitting bracket and the wire can be straightened, the wire is sent to the cutting section by the active pressure wheel operation button in a clockwise direction, the pressing device on the cutting frame fixes the wire and then starts the cutting device cutting, after cutting the device automatically retires to the original position and releases the pressing device, the wire feeder opens the reverse direction to withdraw the wire from the cutting device and pushes the cutting seat forward. Then the wire feeder will send the wire to the inlet of the die, and after the hauling chain on the reel is hauled to the reel, the machine can be started normally, when the wire is pulled, the whole machine will stop automatically, and so on and so forth.
