Overview

LW5/550 type pulley type wire drawing machine consists of 5 single machines (reels) in parallel. The gears of this machine are hardened and quenched by carburizing and grinding process, and are equipped with a complete electrical system, die box, reel water cooling system, safety protection system (protective cover, emergency stop, wire break protection parking, etc.). This machine has high drawing efficiency, safety and reliability, low noise, long service life, can draw steel, aluminum, copper and other metal wire, so the most suitable for screws, nails, electrical wire, wire rope, springs and other manufacturing industries in batches of refined wire, can also be used for cold-rolled ribbed rebar as a traction machine.
The machine is driven by a separate motor for each of the six reels. During processing, as the wire is drawn and elongated, the rotational speed of the back reels increases in turn.
The five drawing processes are completed in one go from the wire feed (i.e. the first drawing die) to the finished product, so the production efficiency is high and the operation is easy to manage.

Eight the use of operation

1, the user uses this machine, still need to have the following auxiliary equipment and tools:
(1) plate material seat 2 sets
(2) Pointing machine 1 set
(3) traction chain 1 pcs
(4) butt welding machine 1 set
(5) floor sander 1 pcs(vertical)
(6) wire drawing die (according to the various specifications on the reference table with the die)
2、Preparation work before use.
(1) check whether the oil surface of the reducer is between the upper and lower line, insufficient to make up for it.
(2) according to the "lubrication parts chart" in each place to add oil.
(3) check whether the drawing machine die clamping is solid, if there is loose, to strengthen.
(4) open the cooling water valve, and the inlet pipe flow control valve to adjust the appropriate; (5) the power switch will be moved to the main switch.
(5) the main power switch to the "combined" position.
3、Into the mold
(1) Place the disk material on the disk material seat, pull out the head and grind it into a cone on the grinding machine.
(2) will be ground into a conical wire head on the tip rolling machine rolling fine (rolled to less than the diameter of the drawing machine die), inserted into the No. 1 reel drawing die, and traction rolling chain with the wire head exposed to the drawing die.
(3) press the No. 1 reel start button, 1-3 minutes after the stop, to the next traction chain.
(4) will be wound in the first reel of the wire head over the guide wheel frame of the wire wheel, according to the above steps and then the second reel of wire drawing die.
4、Stop
(1) press the total stop button.
(2) the main power switch to the "sub" position.
(3) close the cooling water valve.
5、Operating precautions
(1) When the wire drawing machine after a move, there will be some rolls on the accumulation of too much or too little silk, such as the failure to exclude, it may produce equipment accidents.
(2) each reel must be less than the maximum drawing force state of work, not more than the load drawing. (2) If processing the material with 0.45% carbon content, the raw material diameter should not exceed 6.5mm, and the drawing shrinkage (compression rate) of each reel can be referred to the die matching table.
(3) During the drawing process, the number of accumulated wire turns on each reel should not be less than 20-30 turns.
