ZJJB25 swing type wire pointing machine is mainly used for rolling tips of large-size coils, mainly for inverted vertical drawing machines, but also for other occasions, the tip material is low carbon steel ≤Φ25mm, also used for copper and aluminium wire and other non-ferrous metals.

Construction overview and instructions for use:

The ZJJB25 swing type wire pointing machine has two main components, the head and the base. The head is fitted with gears, motors, rollers and other parts, mainly to complete the tip rolling function. The head is fixed to the supporting spindle, which is mounted on the machine base, with a 1.5KW motor, reducer and a pair of gears inside the machine base, mainly for the swing of the head, the swing angle is controlled by two travel switches at the back, generally at about 90 degrees. When the foot is pressed on the foot switch, the head oscillates continuously in the forward and reverse direction, and when the foot is released from the foot switch, the head stops oscillating. Before use, fill the grease nozzles with calcium-based grease. Fill with grease in the right amount every day when in use to avoid poor lubrication which can lead to biting！

The machine is very easy to dismantle and exchange the rolls, first remove the right big gear and then remove the left slider guide plate to take off the rolls.
